I bought this toy chest to match the table and chairs I purchased by the same manufacturer for my two sons. The table and chair set is OK - - it's cheap quality (but I guess you get what you pay for) but is holding up OK. (I don't love it but I don't hate it either; most likely wouldn't recommend that product either.)

The toy chest is a complete piece of garbage. Putting it together was a pain. The top lid has come completely unglued and won't open and close. You can see a thin line of glue and that cheap staples were keeping it in place. It fell apart after being in use for less than a month. I have a 2 year old and 10 month old so pretty much I was the only one opening it and closing it to put toys away. I am so disappointed in the poor quality and wish I knew before hand not to bother.

I can't believe I have to junk it after getting no real use out of it. Buying this toy chest was a complete waste of my time and money. I would totally deter anyone from making the same mistake.

this toy chest was bought because my 2 yr old has about a million toys. the chest was bigger than i realized when all the toys in his room fit with spare room to go. i almost wanted to start stuffing decorations in just to see how much stuff could fit. also, the chest is very strong. i weigh about 250lbs and i sit on it and play with my son.

this is a wonderful toy chest. I have in my daughters room who is one but I also have a five year old. It is very safe for her and durable for him. The lid is very secure and will not slam on fingers. My five year old sits on it too. I must say I don't normally buy furniture on line but if I had to buy another I would buy this one again.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble, child friendly lid stays open - but finish color (pecan) is much more orange than I thought it would be.

The design of this toy chest is nice b/c it is not something that little ones will outgrow in a few years. I bought this toy chest b/c it matched the table and chairs we also had from Lipper International in pecan. As with the table set, I expected the same great quality with this toy chest and it did not disappoint. This was very easy to assemble and my girls both like to actually clean up their toys when the are done playing. It works for me.

Easy to put together. A product that can grow with the child, not too cutesy that it will be out grown in a couple of years. A good quality product that I believe will last for a LONG time.Looks great with a seat cover too!

Good quality for the money - very safety conscious ( 2 large holes on the back side, finger slots on the front and very tight hinges that you cannot slam) and easy to put together. the pecan color is kind of orange-y but ok. holds ALOT! thumbs up on this one. this site is the best price i found for this item.

Great toy chest. Easy to assemble. Very solid and seems like it's really going to hold up well. Chose this one instead of some of the really cute firetruck/schoolbus kind of things thinking our son would tire of them when he's a little older. He loves this and uses it as a play surface, bench and actually likes to help put away his toys. Would definitely recommend
