Bought for my son for street and easy trails. Seems good for these purposes. Assembly was easier than following the instructions made it seem. Brakes levers had to be adjusted as they weren't put on the handlebars correctly, but was easy enough to do once I understood what the problems was.

There is a wieght limit on the bike, which was not discovered until I recieved the product. The weight limit is 187 pounds, as listed on the tires. I am disappointed, as the user is over 200 and cannot use the product. Ddefinately money NOT well .

No where on the ad page was a weight limit listed. The bike can only handle up to 187 pounds, as listed on the tires once I recieved the product. Becuase the intended user is more than 187 pounds, they are unable to use it, so I have a bicycle I purchased with no one who can ride it.

We bought this for my 11 year old son, who has to ride 2 miles each way to school, with hills. It's a solid bike, rides smooth. When it arrived, it did need some TLC probably due to shipping, but, anyone who's fairly handy with making basic adjustments on bicycles should have no problem. This bike has great features and is absolutely gorgeous, though a bit on the heavy side for an aluminum bike due to the components. My husband, who is 6'2 and well over 200 lbs. tested the bike out after it had been ridden quite a lot, and it's still solid, doesn't squeak, nothing rattles. Good, solid bike. And, I can't say enough good things about how gorgeous it looks in person - my kid just loves it. All in all, you won't find a better full suspension Mongoose mountain bike for this price.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
