Comments about Schwinn Loop 7 Speed Steel Frame Folding Bike:
I ride a bike to the local commuter rail station everyday and lock it up there to get on the train. That was until someone stole parts from it. Solution: get a folding bike and I wont have to leave it. Commuter rail rules are that the bike needs to fold. So I didn't want to spend a fortune for a bike that I would only use during the week. A little "Google-ing" and I found this bike. I use it t more than just on the train. People look at it and think it is expensive. I don't hesitate to tell them where I got it. Very Happy!!!

The bike shop inspected the bike and found the rear wheel was severely out of round. [...] The bike shop replaced the wheel and I now have a very nice bike.

Theoretically, this is a great bike. It assembles quite easily and is relatively comfortable. Mine arrived with problems; a torn seat and gears that don't work. [...]The manual that comes with the Loop has no instructions.[...].

I carry this bike in my trunk at all times. Anytime I see a place to ride I just take it out, unfold and I'm off. The only problem is that kids aged 12-15 really like this bike and I actually had a couple of them try to take it in a park one day....The U shape makes it look really cool...I really enjoy this bike. I just wish my legs were about an inch shorter, because the seat doesn't go quite high enough...

This really seems to be the best bike for the money. It does need lock-tight on the fittings, and the wheels need to be trued. Then it's a great bike!

Comments about Schwinn Loop 7 Speed Steel Frame Folding Bike:
This is a beautiful bike. Real head turner. Easy to assemble and fun to drive. Yet, it is unusual bike. It has small wheels, and high center of gravity (the rider sits very high on a small bike), therefore it is hard to make sharp turns even at a slow speed. It takes getting used to. So, I would say that this bike is not for a novice. Even experienced rider at first felt somewhat uncomfortable on the bike due to its turning.
